Who we are

Tira Zebra AI (referred to as "we," "us," or "TZAi") operates tirazebra.com and its subdomains, including the Business X-Ray assessment tool. Our office is in Northborough, MA, United States. You can reach us at hello@tirazebra.com for any privacy question.

What we collect

We collect two categories of information:

1 · Information you give us directly

• Name, email, phone number, business name, and role when you fill out the Business X-Ray, apply to work with us, or submit any form on this site
• Payment information when you purchase Zebrinha, Zebra Plus, or Zebra Master (processed by our payment provider — we never store card numbers ourselves)
• Free-text answers you provide inside the Business X-Ray assessment, including anything you type about your business, revenue, team, or challenges
• Anything you email, message, or send us directly

2 · Information we collect automatically

• Basic technical data your browser sends: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent
• Cookies and similar technologies to remember your session and understand which pages perform well (we don't use ad-network trackers on this domain)
• When we run paid advertising, our ad partners (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) may set their own cookies on this site so we can measure whether ads work. You can opt out via their respective privacy controls.

Why we collect it

• To do the work you hired us for. Delivering your Business X-Ray report, running a Deep Dive, building a Sales / Marketing / Operations / Finance Process Architecture, provisioning Zebra CRM access.
• To communicate with you. Send your report, follow up on assessments in progress, respond to questions, invoice you.
• To improve what we build. Anonymized, aggregated patterns from X-Ray responses help us make the diagnostic sharper. We never publish or share your specific answers.
• To comply with the law. Tax records, payment records, and anything else legally required.

Who we share it with

We share data only with vendors who help us run the business, and only what they need:

• HighLevel (GHL) · our CRM, hosts assessment responses, email sequences, and appointments
• Stripe · processes payments (they hold your card data, not us)
• Vercel · hosts this website
• Google Workspace · our email and document infrastructure
• Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads · if we're running paid campaigns you clicked on, they receive conversion signals

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent your email list. We do not share your X-Ray answers with anyone outside our team.

Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can:

• Ask what we know about you
• Ask us to correct or update it
• Ask us to delete it (except records we're required to keep, like paid invoices)
• Ask us to stop sending you marketing emails · every email has an unsubscribe link, or reply STOP
• Object to us processing your data

To exercise any of these, email hello@tirazebra.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

If you live in California (CCPA / CPRA), the EU / UK (GDPR), or another jurisdiction with specific data-protection laws, you have the rights those laws give you. Email us the same address and we'll walk you through it.

How long we keep it

• Prospect data · up to 3 years after your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete sooner
• Client data · for as long as we're working together, plus 7 years for tax and accounting records
• Assessment responses · kept indefinitely in anonymized aggregate; personally identifiable versions deleted on request
• Marketing emails · immediately, when you unsubscribe

Cookies

We use functional cookies to keep the site working (session, preferences). We use analytics cookies to see which pages help visitors. If we run paid ads, ad-network cookies may be set. You can disable cookies in your browser — most of the site will still work.

Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, run infrastructure on trusted providers (Vercel, HighLevel, Stripe, Google), and limit internal access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure. If we ever have a breach that involves your data, we'll tell you within 72 hours of confirming it.

Children

This site is for business owners and their teams. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the business grows or the law changes. When we make a material change, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top and, for meaningful changes, email the people already on our list.
