Terms of Service

Agreement

By using tirazebra.com or any Tira Zebra AI product (the Business X-Ray, the 1-Day Deep Dive, any Process Architecture engagement, Zebrinha, Zebra Plus, Zebra Master, the Sculptor Profile, or the Remote Human Experience), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the site.

What we provide

We're growth partners, not consultants. We offer:

• Free tools · the Business X-Ray™ diagnostic assessment and the Sculptor Profile (while we get the word out)
• Paid engagements · the 1-Day Deep Dive, Sales Process Architecture, Marketing Process Architecture, Operations Process Architecture, Finance Process Architecture
• Software subscriptions · Zebrinha, Zebra Plus, Zebra Master (tiered access to our CRM and automation platform)
• Remote Human Experience · our remote HR agency service

Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines for paid engagements are set in a separate agreement or order form. If those documents conflict with these terms, those documents win.

Your responsibilities

• Use the site and our products lawfully. Don't try to break, reverse-engineer, or overwhelm anything we run.
• Give us accurate information. The X-Ray only produces useful results when you answer honestly.
• Pay invoices when they're due. Failure to pay may suspend or terminate your access.
• Keep your login credentials to Zebra CRM safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Payment

• Prices for Zebrinha, Zebra Plus, and Zebra Master are listed on the site and billed via our payment provider.
• High-ticket engagements (Deep Dive, Process Architectures, Remote Experience) are quoted individually after an apply-and-fit call.
• Subscription fees renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime · your access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case. If we didn't deliver what we promised, tell us and we'll make it right.

Intellectual property

We own the site, our brand, our frameworks (the Business X-Ray™ methodology, the Sculptor Profile, the Ecosystem Flywheel model, the Process Architecture playbooks), our software, and our reports. You get a limited, non-transferable license to use them for your business.

Anything you submit (your answers, your data, your feedback) stays yours. You grant us permission to use it to deliver the service you asked for and to improve our tools in an anonymized, aggregated way.

Testimonials, case studies, or brand mentions require your permission first.

No professional advice

Our tools and reports are strategic and operational guidance. They are not legal, tax, medical, or investment advice. Before making a major legal or financial decision based on anything we tell you, talk to a licensed professional.

Third-party services

Zebra CRM is built on top of HighLevel. Payments run through Stripe. Some pages link to third-party sites (Givebutter, The Law of Adaptation, our socials). We're not responsible for those services or sites · their terms apply when you use them.

Availability

We aim to keep the site and Zebra CRM available at all times, but we don't guarantee uptime. Planned maintenance may take services offline briefly. Unplanned outages may happen. We'll do our best to fix them fast.

Disclaimers

The site and our free tools are provided "as is." We make no guarantee that using them will produce any specific business outcome. Your results depend on how you apply the work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties · express, implied, statutory · including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tira Zebra AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you, for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of our services, is capped at the greater of · $500 · or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims caused by your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

Termination

You can stop using the site or cancel a subscription anytime. We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, don't pay, or do something that puts our business or other users at risk. On termination, sections that logically should survive (payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Worcester County, Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Both sides waive the right to a jury trial. Class actions are not allowed · claims must be brought individually.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top and, for meaningful changes, email active clients. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
